Warden ("the Service") is a content scheduling tool that allows an account owner to review, schedule, and publish their own original short-form video content to social media accounts they own and control, including TikTok, via each platform's official developer APIs.
You may only connect social media accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You are responsible for all content published through the Service and for maintaining the security of your connected accounts.
You retain all rights to content you publish through the Service. You represent that you own or hold the necessary rights and licenses to all content you submit, including any audio, footage, and imagery, and that your content complies with the terms and community guidelines of each platform it is published to, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or spam; to interfere with or circumvent any platform's rules or rate limits; or to access accounts you are not authorized to manage.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms via their official APIs. Those platforms' own terms govern your use of your accounts on those platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party platforms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or end access to the Service at any time. You may disconnect your accounts and stop using the Service at any time; revoking access in your TikTok settings immediately ends the Service's ability to post on your behalf.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
